Tina & Marco – September 25, 2010

I don’t mean to start this story off on a sad note, but our beloved Norman (orange and white tabby) died on this day. When I left to meet Tina at the salon, I knew I wouldn’t see Norman when I returned home.
Now, I LOVE all my brides! I really do. I think they all know that. But there is something a little different with these guys. The first time I hung out with them and their family at the engagement party, I knew how special they were. There’s something about Italian and Hungarian families that I love! It’s not just their delicious food, but all the togetherness is so amazing.
After the ceremony, we made a stop at the Barking Frog where Tina and Marco met. What an awesome location for a shoot!
After the Frog we headed back to Marco’s family farm. I felt totally at peace. It is the most beautiful place with beautiful animals. The most adorable kittens were running all over, and everything made sense. Norman died to bring new life. That’s what life is all about, isn’t it?
This day marks the end of one life and the beginning of another. Tina and Marco begin their new life together this day.
You are both so amazing and special! I loved your day and all your great location ideas. Thanks for the adventures! I know you will live a long and happy life together.

What I love the most about these photos is Andrea’s simplistic beauty. I love her classic look and she has this very serene presence that puts you at ease.
We did worry about the rain a little bit. About 5 minutes into the shoot, Beau was whispering to me “Jenn, it’s starting to rain.” I think he wanted me to panic and run out of the rain with our couple. But I continued to shoot, and the rain went away.
Beautiful location at Pine Knott in Dorchester, amazingly calm, easy going couple and overall an awesome day. A few of my favorite shots of the season were the ones laying in the grass. So pretty!
And did you get a load of those shoes?!?! Wow! Love, love, love the shoes!
Thanks guys for inviting us to be part of your day! And thanks for seating us at the lawyer table. We felt really special, and got to listen to some interesting conversation!

I’ve been photographing Jenevra and Kyle since their wedding way back when. It’s such a joy to be able to watch new families blossom. I got to see Jenevra during her first and second pregnancy, and both newborn babies. What an amazing time to document. I know how much I cherish my own photographs of my pregnancy and my babies, and I hope I can give the same to both of you.
Jenevra and Kyle, you have such a gorgeous family. I wish you all the best, and hope we will meet again in the near future as your little babes grow into beautiful children!
