As a photographer, you get ideas in your head that cannot always be carried out. The result either stinks, or you come up with something way better then originally planned. For Stacy and Adam, I had this amazing idea. So we drove to the location that I saw 3 years prior. A location I had been dreaming about doing a shoot in for years. We get there, and it’s closed down! Doesn’t exist anymore. So Stacy and Adam are looking at me thinking “What’s the plan genius?” I don’t know. Let’s just go downtown. And our plan B turns out to be so amazing! I loved all the little spots we found. Ohhhhh spontaneity! Thanks for trusting me guys! You were awesome! Can’t wait for your wedding in October (which, in my opinion, is the best month to get married in!).

A downpour of rain didn’t stop anyone from having a good time or getting great photos. The beautiful ceremony location outside under a covered deck in Pinafore Park kept us dry, then the rain ceased while we did some photos at the park. After the gang had a few beer bongs and vodka shots on the party bus, we found our destination at the old courthouse in St. Thomas. Gorgeous bride & groom + gorgeous location = happy Jenn & Beau!
I just have to tell Sandra and Brian that, “You guys are the baisht!” Seriously, the most rockin’ party at a reception that we have ever seen! You, your friends and your family know how to party! Beau and I really didn’t want to leave. But after a 10 hour shoot, our tired bodies begged us to bring them home!
Brian you are so hilarious! All day I had been begging Brian, “Just one more shot!” Then, when it was time for us to leave, Brian managed to talk us into “Just one more shot (of alcohol!)” We don’t usually drink on the job, but if you saw how hard these guys party and how persistent Brian was, you’d understand.

Becky and Curtis are like cute x1000! I love when I meet couples who are as into the photography as I am. It makes our job so easy, and so much fun! These two had a ton of great ideas, and were willing to do anything for us as well. They blocked off enough time so we could shoot every little detail of their very classic wedding. I loved Becky’s style. And her smile was infectious! It was hard to catch her without her smile. I love my couples! I am so lucky to be able to do what I do. Wouldn’t give it up for the world! Becky’s dad almost had us doing (high quality) tequilla shots with the bridal party in the kitchen, but we try not to drink on the job.
