Worried about the rain on the way, I set out to meet Andrea and Sean. When I reached my destination and began shooting, the skies started getting dark. We continued shooting. The sky looked so crazy and it started turning black! It was a race to finish shooting before the down poor. And did it ever down poor! But we managed to get some beautiful shots in and the lighting (and lack of it!) gave the images a very nice effect. A little dark, a little grainy, a little artistic. After the rush as we stood in the rain I told Andrea and Sean I’d contact them about a re-shoot. But the photos turned out great and I couldn’t have been happier.

As a photographer, this day could not have been more perfect! We show up at the guys and Josh is exploding with ideas, and we love them all! A little poker, a little downtown, and hot dogs to top it off! When we get to the girls, same sitch. Nikki is calm and ready to have some fun. She takes us to gorgeous downtown Stratford, and there is no way she’s going to let a little rip and some grease on her dress ruin her day. We head over to the bridal shop and the lovely sales lady fixes up Nikki’s dress with a few stitches. There we are in another picture perfect location. Niki wants to jump in the window with the mannequins! So fun! The rest of the day was just as wonderful, and you can tell photography is so important to Nikki and Josh. They were willing to do anything for a great shot! You guys are the best, and I hope you both had as much fun as we did!

I love this situation! I was there to photograph Jenevra and Kyle when they tied the knot many years ago, there to photograph Jenevra during her first pregnancy, and family photos when Adalyn was one. Now I have had the privilege of photographing Jenevra’s belly with baby #2. So exciting! They are such an amazing family and will have so many more beautiful moments as their family grows. Congratulations to you all!
